Your staff contact us directly by phone, email or portal. We handle the everyday work — logins, email, printers, laptops, software faults, new-starter and leaver setup — and escalate to senior engineers when an issue needs them. Support is available around the clock.
We monitor servers, workstations, network equipment and cloud services continuously, and act on faults, capacity problems and failed jobs as they surface. Patching and updates run to a schedule rather than whenever somebody remembers.
Endpoint protection, email security and filtering, multi-factor authentication, access reviews, patch management, security awareness training for staff, and penetration testing where your risk profile or your clients call for it.
Migration, licensing, tenant configuration, SharePoint and Teams structure, and ongoing administration. Most organizations are paying for more of Microsoft 365 than they use; we make the parts you already own actually work.
Backups for servers, endpoints and cloud data, monitored and tested — including Microsoft 365, which is not backed up by Microsoft on your behalf. We document what gets restored, in what order, and how long it takes.
A senior technical contact who knows your business, reviews your environment with you on a regular cycle, plans renewals and refreshes before they become emergencies, and gives you a budget you can plan against.

Not every business is ready to hand over everything at once, and some do not need to.
If you have an internal IT person or a small team, we work alongside them — taking the helpdesk load so they can get to project work, providing senior engineering they cannot justify hiring for, or covering holidays and departures. If you have a specific project — a migration, a security clean-up, an office move, a hardware refresh — we scope and deliver it as a project.
Several of our long-standing managed services clients started with a single project. That is a reasonable way to find out how an IT company works before signing anything longer.
Remote support handles most issues faster than a site visit. But there are jobs that need somebody physically present — a failed switch, a cabling run, a new office, a server that will not come back up — and there is real value in an engineer who knows your building.
We have people across Ontario and Quebec, so support is local, in your timezone, and on site when it needs to be.
Our Toronto office is on Bay Street in the financial district, and downtown Toronto is where the largest share of our client base sits — professional services, finance, legal, non-profit and creative firms. We cover the core, the surrounding boroughs and the wider GTA, and we are used to the practical realities of downtown work: shared building infrastructure, landlord-controlled risers, service lifts and after-hours access for anything that would disrupt a working day.

Changing IT provider is the part most businesses dread. Here is how it actually runs.
Before anything is agreed, we review what you have — hardware, software, licences, network, backups, security posture and current contracts. You get a written picture of your environment, including anything we think is a risk, whether or not you go on to work with us.
We set out exactly what is covered, what is not, what it costs each month, and what stays chargeable as a project. No surprise line items and no bundled services you did not ask for.
We document the environment properly, deploy our monitoring and security tooling, take over administrative access, and put the immediate risks right. We coordinate the handover with your outgoing provider so nothing is lost in the gap.
Your staff get a single place to raise issues. You get a named contact, regular reviews of tickets, risks and spend, and a roadmap that gets updated rather than written once.

We hold a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation, and we maintain the internal processes and controls that keep client data secure and confidential — which matters if your own clients audit their supply chain.

IT support is reactive: something breaks, you call, it gets fixed, usually billed by the hour. Managed IT services is an ongoing arrangement for a fixed monthly fee that includes support but also the preventative work — monitoring, patching, backup, security and planning — that stops problems from happening. Most of our clients start with support in mind and move to managed services once they see how much of their downtime was avoidable.
A managed service provider takes ongoing responsibility for a client's IT. In practice that means running the helpdesk, monitoring and maintaining systems, managing security and backups, administering cloud services and licences, and advising on what to spend and when. You get the function of an internal IT department without recruiting and retaining one.

Pricing is normally per user per month, and depends on how many staff you have, how many sites and servers, what is already in place, and how much security and compliance work you need. We quote after the assessment, so the figure is based on your actual environment rather than an average. You will see what is included and what is chargeable before you commit.
Yes. Co-managed IT is a common arrangement. We typically take the ticket volume, monitoring, security tooling and out-of-hours cover, which frees your internal person for the projects and business knowledge only they can handle.
Onboarding usually runs two to four weeks from signing, depending on the size and state of the environment and how cooperative the outgoing provider is. Support starts on day one — the documentation, tooling deployment and remediation work continues in parallel.
Yes. NetFusion Designs is Canadian, with offices across Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba, and additional offices in the United States. Client data handling and support delivery are governed by the controls covered in our SOC 2 Type 2 attestation.
