A short conversation to understand what you need. No deck, no pressure, and we'll tell you if we're not the right fit.
Tell us roughly when works and we'll confirm by email.
Prefer to book yourself? Pick an open slot below and it lands straight in our calendar.
It is a conversation, not a presentation. Nobody joins with slides. It runs twenty to thirty minutes unless you want longer, and it is normally one call, not the opening move in a sequence.
The person you speak to can answer technical questions directly rather than take a note and pass it on. Ask what a migration involves, or how out-of-hours cover works, and you get the answer on the call. The order is business first, technology second, so expect questions like these.
We will ask things we cannot work out from your website, and you should do the same to us. Where we do not know something, we say so.
Strictly, nothing. Plenty of first conversations happen with no preparation and work perfectly well. If you want to get further in the time available, these are worth knowing off the top of your head.
You do not need an asset inventory, a network diagram or your current agreement. If things go further we collect that properly, and we would rather you did not spend an evening on paperwork for a first conversation.
You get a short written summary of what we understood, so you have something to circulate internally even if you take it no further.
What you will not get is a run of chase emails. If you go quiet we assume the timing is wrong and leave you to it.
Most people hesitate over a call like this because they expect a pitch followed by a campaign. Which is why this page says it plainly: it is not a sales call, and there is no cost or obligation.
A discovery call can end several ways, and only one involves working together. Sometimes what you have is adequate and switching would cost more disruption than it is worth, and we will tell you so. Sometimes you need something we do not do, and the useful outcome is a pointer elsewhere. Saying no does not put you on a list.
If you would rather read first, our guide to choosing an IT provider and the page on what managed IT costs cover most of it. If something is broken right now, call 647-476-5259 instead of booking a slot.
