Huddly cameras use on-device AI to frame participants, follow the active speaker, and hand a remote colleague a view that feels like they're sitting at the same table. NFD deploys the range across Canadian workplaces, matched to room size and the collaboration platform in use.
We select the model, plan the mount and cabling, and validate the room end-to-end before we hand it back.
A camera is only useful when it drops into the existing room stack without a fight. NFD integrates Huddly with your Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms compute — Lenovo, Logitech, Poly or a bring-your-own console — and validates one-touch join, calendar sync, audio routing and dual-display behaviour before we sign off.
Where a room has been in service for a while and drifts have accumulated, we run a room-health audit and remediate: firmware, USB power, network posture and account permissions all get looked at, not just the camera.
Meeting-room hardware fails at the worst times. NFD supports every Huddly deployment under the same 15-minute critical SLA as the rest of your managed IT — no separate support contract with the camera vendor, no chasing a warranty ticket while a board meeting waits.
Devices are enrolled in Huddly's cloud management platform, and NFD's helpdesk monitors firmware, connectivity and calibration. When something changes we usually see it before your users do.
Yes. NFD procures Huddly cameras through the Canadian authorised channel and deploys them as part of full Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms builds. Support, firmware and warranty are managed by NFD's helpdesk under one managed IT contract.
For most mid-size boardrooms we specify the Huddly S1 for its AI framing and speaker tracking. For larger rooms with more than about ten seats we move to the Huddly L1. We size against the room's dimensions, seating layout and preferred collaboration platform.
Yes. NFD delivers complete Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms builds: compute, camera, audio, displays, mounts and cabling, calendar and one-touch join. We integrate Huddly cameras where they are the right fit.
