We write up what we found and rank it by risk. You receive the document whether or not you speak to us again, and you may send it to another provider without asking us.
We walk you through the findings and separate what your current arrangement can handle from what genuinely needs outside help. When the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is the answer you get.

Usually not. Most of the review is done remotely against the systems you nominate on the discovery call. Where a specific site's connectivity is the thing worrying you, a visit can be arranged, and we will say plainly when we think one is needed rather than guessing from head office.
It should not. The review is read-only wherever possible, and nothing is changed without your approval. If a step would carry a genuine risk of disruption, we tell you before it happens and let you choose whether it goes ahead.
It comes up often and it is fine. The report belongs to you, so hand it to your provider and ask them to work through it. Plenty of firms do exactly that and never become clients of ours.
It stays with us and is not shared. NetFusion Designs is SOC 2 Type 2 attested, and assessment work is handled under the same controls as client work. If you would like that in writing beforehand, ask on the discovery call.
