The large majority of faults never need anyone to travel. We support clients across Canada, coast-to-coast in the United States, and at international sites in Australia, Egypt, and the Philippines.
Eight offices means onsite attendance is routine rather than exceptional. Emergencies can usually be covered same day.
Reachable from an office within a reasonable drive. Planned work happens on the agreed date; emergencies depend on travel time.

Ad-hoc is reactive — you notice a problem and call us. Managed is mostly preventative: monitoring, patching, and security run continuously, so a proportion of the problems you'd have called about never happen. The monthly fee buys the absence of incidents, which is admittedly a strange thing to pay for until you've had a bad year.
Most of our managed clients did exactly that. It's a sensible way to find out whether we're any good before signing anything, and we'd rather earn it than pitch for it.
No hard minimum. Below about ten staff, managed IT often isn't economical and we'll say so — ad-hoc usually makes more sense until you grow into it.
Critical, business-down issues carry a 15-minute response target. Beyond that, committed response times are written into a managed agreement and vary by severity and the plan you're on. For ad-hoc work we schedule around availability. That figure means something because the severity behind it is defined in the contract, not just asserted on this page.
Remotely, anywhere — all of Canada, the United States coast to coast, and international sites we already support in Australia, Egypt, and the Philippines. Onsite is honest about geography: routine where we have offices, scheduled with lead time elsewhere, and arranged locally further afield. The coverage section above lays out which is which.
No. If the only thing keeping a client is the contract, the relationship has already failed. Terms are discussed openly and we'll tell you what's actually in them before you sign.
Managed IT is priced on headcount and scope; ad-hoc is hourly or fixed-price per job. We don't publish a per-user rate because the number would be wrong for most people who read it. A short conversation gets you a real figure.
